PERMANENT JEWELRY

Clean with a polishing cloth. If your piece is looking dull from oils, lotions, sprays, etc. wash gently with soap and water to restore shine, be sure to wash and towel dry afterwards. Avoid prolonged contact to chemicals like bleach and chlorine. Silver is susceptible to tarnish, however; the natural oils in your skin will help protect your silver piece.

The Jewelry is dainty and durable, but not indestructible. Please use care and consciousness when removing clothing to make sure the chain does not get snagged and pull. If caught or snagged, the chain will break and/or stretch. I do not offer refunds, replacements, or discounts for lost or damaged jewelry.

If the Jewelry breaks at the weld, contact me and a new weld will be done at no cost. Again,  I don't charge a re-weld fee, I guarantee the weld for the life of the jewelry.

If you need to remove your Jewelry for any reason, sports & MRI's are common reasons people cut them off.  You MUST cut your Jewelry off ONLY at the jump ring (weld spot). This is specifically important if you wish to put your Jewelry back on at a later date. If / When you are ready to put the Jewelry back on, there is only a $15 re-welding fee.

Don't worry! You have 90-days to get a feel for your Jewelry.  If you got a bracelet on your left wrist and would rather have it on your right, contact me and I will help you with the switch.  The same goes for your anklet.
