Chevelon Brow Bar operates by appointments only. There is great respect for client's and Artist's time, Chevelon Brow Bar kindly asks you to follow the policies and terms of service. For all new appointments, Chevelon Brow Bar will charge your card a deposit to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
LATE POLICY:
Please familiarize yourself with the location and prepare yourself for local traffic. I know that sometimes things can happen, so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time, Chevelon Brow Bar has a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 20 minutes, late arrivals will be a no-show, and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Please allow 72 hours’ notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. The services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment, if you give less than 72 hours’ notice.
APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY:
A consultation is highly recommended and complimentary. Please take advantage of this service. The virtual consult is 15 minutes, please be on time.
GUESTS POLICY:
Due to safety, sanitation, and attention to detailed treatments provided, no guests, children, and/or pets can accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card; however, they cannot be with you in the procedure room, and Chevelon Brow Bar cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area during your procedure.
SERVICE DEPOSITS:
A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services and appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking, and it will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session, and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
TOUCH UP SESSION:
Initial procedure appointments require a touch up appointment. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, it will incur an additional charge. Your brows are not complete without this perfecting touch up appointment. Healing can be unpredictable, and Chevelon Brow Bar needs to ensure that your eyebrow shape and color are complete.
FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up/ color boost appointment, please book this on the website.
EXISTING PMU:
We are extremely selective working over other artists' work. Clients who have had previous PMU are subject to approval, and will need to submit photos of their current eyebrows.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are not required, but are welcomed and always appreciated.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. An additional touch up session is required to obtain optimal desired results. Although Chevelon Brow Bar gives best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome, as each client will heal differently. If a second touch up session is needed, this will incur addition cost. For your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care protocols! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
Chevelon Brow Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and prices are subject to change at any time.
Products will be coming soon. All sales on services and products are final. No refunds, no exceptions. All deposits are non-refundable.
